
Executive & Leadership Coaching Process
Step 1 - Assessment
We begin by gaining a clear understanding of your current position. This involves a holistic review of your experience, strengths, goals, and any gaps you wish to address, providing a complete snapshot of where you are now and where you want to be. From there, we develop a personalised 3 - 6 month plan tailored to your ambitions and aligned with the direction of the business.
Step 2 - Coaching
Step 2 focuses on the coaching process. We meet regularly, typically every two weeks, to reinforce new habits, develop key skills, and review agreed action plans. It also provides an opportunity to address real-world challenges as they arise and refine the plan to ensure continuous progress.
Step 3 - Review & Refine
Step 3 is a mid-point check-in. We review your progress, reflect on what’s working well, and fine-tune the focus areas of your coaching. Where relevant, we also liaise with the sponsoring executive to ensure your development remains aligned with broader business priorities.
Step 4 - Sustainability Planning
In the final stage, we ensure your progress endures. We review the journey you’ve taken, consolidate the habits and skills you’ve developed, and create a clear, practical plan to support ongoing growth and application of what you’ve learned long after the coaching concludes.
